DESCRIPTIVE HEADINGS: The Descriptive Headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and they are not intended to have any affect whatsoever in determining the rights or obligations of the Parties. Participant, Supporter (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) and BINCHMARK, (hereinafter referred to as “BMP”.) Both parties enter into this agreement for the purposes of mutual benefits.

Participant understands that if selected that there is no pay or compensation offered for my involvement and no benefits are offered of any kind. Participant agrees that they will not misrepresent Binchmark or any information provided through its media outlets, partners or sponsors. Participant is not a co-developer or co-venturer. Participant understands that this form does not entitle me to be approved and I must receive an e-mail confirmation of any acceptance.

Interviews and/or Media Inclusion

Participant grants BMP any and all promotional use of any media supplied to BMP from Participant as BMP determines. Participant signature below will confirm my agreement with BMP and their legal representatives regarding interview participation. Participant understands that any interview footage, productions or tapes of Participants is owned by BMP. BMP may use such footage, productions or tapes for such research, production (e.g., radio, television, film festivals, World Wide Web, exhibitions, related advertisements), and educational purposes as BMP determines.

Participant hereby grant, and transfer to the BMP all rights, title, and interest in the interview, writings, and video documentary, including without limitation the literary rights and the copyright. I hereby release BMP, its affiliates, production staff, and their legal representatives from all claims and liability relating to said documentary.

BMP agrees to retain the integrity of the interviewee's image, writings, and voice, neither misrepresenting the interviewee's words. Participant attests that they voluntarily agreed to be interviewed and that this document contains the entire and complete agreement concerning the use and preservation of Participant interview. Participant understands that all media that is shareable by BMP will be available only through approved social media outlets by BMP, no media files will be provided to Participant or any third party.
