Student voice and power in the new age of data

We empower under-served K-12 students to shape the world through building and storytelling with data science and AI.

Culturally relevant, K-12 aligned instruction used by 5,000+ teachers and students.

We foster student belonging

The Young Data Scientists League (YDSL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit provider of culturally relevant data science and AI learning experiences aligned to K-12. Our mission is to provide every student with the pathways and motivation to use data to shape our world in diverse, creative, and ethical ways.

For the first time in a math class, I feel awake. I see myself in the curriculum, which has never happened before.
