National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C)
In 2020, WVCTSI was chosen to lead a group of eight states to participate in the National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C). The N3C is a partnership among CTSA and CTR awardees along with the National Center for Data to Health in partnership with the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences. This initiative has created a nationwide clinical data analytics platform made up of clinical data relevant to SARS CoV-2. This data is harmonized and made available for researchers in order to accelerate and support innovative SARS CoV-2 research and clinical care.
