West Virginia Cancer Survivorship Needs Assessment Survey
The purpose of this study is to learn from you about the resources and services that would be most beneficial to people with cancer. Our goals are to use this information to develop services that can help to support people going through cancer treatment.
If you are or were a patient who had cancer, we want to learn about your experience and understand what resources could have made your treatment and recovery better.
If you are a health care professional, we want to learn what resources you need to better meet the needs of your patients living with or after cancer.
