Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Threat in the East; Snow in the Rockies;

The storm system producing severe weather and isolated flash flooding will begin to weaken tonight. Snow showers along the Oregon border today, with cold air in place to support hard freezes for western Nevada valleys through Tuesday morning. Light winds and warmer temperatures return midweek, with above average temperatures arriving next weekend.
