During the warm weather months she works with urban farming communities, such as Sweet Water Foundation NFP, (Englewood/Chicago), to provide live food recipe demos. She also creates plant-based recipes, based on the seasonal crops, teaching local residents how to incorporate fresh produce into their existing eating lifestyle. You can find her on YouTube where she offers healthy recipe tutorials and wellness tips.

Regina found health through a plan-based, nutrient filled diet and is committed to helping others become healthy, too. Her mission is to share her personal wellness journey and teach others how to feed and heal themselves using plant-based foods.

This year she and other professionals will launch LIVE 360 EDU, a collaborative community of wellness instructors and coaches providing its members virtual health coaching and wellness services, plus 24/7 access to cooking, self-care, physical fitness and personal coaching classes, mindfulness tools, and lifestyle resources. The official launch date is scheduled June 3, 2019.

During the warm weather months she works with urban farming communities, such as Sweet Water Foundation NFP, (Englewood/Chicago), to provide live food recipe demos. She also creates plant-based recipes, based on the seasonal crops, teaching local residents how to incorporate fresh produce into their existing eating lifestyle. You can find her on YouTube where she offers healthy recipe tutorials and wellness tips.

Regina found health through a plan-based, nutrient filled diet and is committed to helping others become healthy, too. Her mission is to share her personal wellness journey and teach others how to feed and heal themselves using plant-based foods.

This year she and other professionals will launch LIVE 360 EDU, a collaborative community of wellness instructors and coaches providing its members virtual health coaching and wellness services, plus 24/7 access to cooking, self-care, physical fitness and personal coaching classes, mindfulness tools, and lifestyle resources. The official launch date is scheduled June 3, 2019.

She started transforming some of her childhood dishes, like cornbread and mustard and turnip greens, into vegetarian recipes. More recently, her dishes have evolved to incorporate vegan ingredients like cashew ricotta cheese, tempeh BBQ ribs, and flax egg substitutes.
