“What an absolute delight it was to work with Rose on my Australian vacation. I wanted it to be a special trip since my Australian fiancé and I would be seeing each other after nearly two years of Covid travel restrictions. My favorite hotel was in Brisbane, the Ovolo Inchcolm. A beautiful boutique hotel. Rose made our stay that much more lovely by arranging balloons and treats for our room upon arrival as a congratulations for our nuptials! Every detail was covered, every place I wanted to go was extensively researched and commented on, with other suggestions of what else I may like to see or do. I was also surprised with a bottle of champagne to enjoy on my 2nd last night, delivered to my hotel with a lovely card hoping I'd had a great holiday, which was truly wonderful. If you know me, you know I have no sense of direction and can be "lost" for hours when I travel, so having a booklet written in English and Japanese listing the destination, how to get to the station, what train to get on and the tickets supplied, made it incredibly easy and chock full of information, tips, recommendations, what to expect to pay, street address to get there by taxi written in Japanese and all sorts of etiquette, traditions, mannerisms and other really useful info. I will certainly use them again and recommend to anyone going to Japan either as a solo traveller such as myself or a family or as a group to ask Rose Febo to work out your wish list with Inside Japan. “We threw Rose into the deep end when asking her to organise a holiday for us. For starters, we only gave her two weeks notice and we were wanting to travel to the USA in the busiest week of the year, July 4 celebrations were in full swing. On top of this, I am in a wheelchair and require an accessible room at all our destinations. My previous experience with this has not been good with us travelling over 14 hours on one occasion to not be able to access the room (doesn't make for a good start to a holiday). Rose was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond to find a hotel whereby I could access not only the room but everything that the hotel had to offer such as the pool. Both hotels that we stayed at in LA and Hawaii were just stunning. Rose also organised accessible transfers, contacted all the airlines and triple checked everything right up to the day we left.
