One TikTok user named @fathermarge posted a since-deleted clip demanding answers as to why the pants expose the backside.
The clip spiraled on the platform with over 3.2million comments and others began uploading their own opinions about the leggings, with one user saying: “Butt cleavage is sexy. Butt cleavage is amazing."
The leggings debate then made the rounds on Twitter as many shared backside photos of the pants along with their opinions.
