Thank you so much for wanting to participate in The Value of One's first Freedom Walk Walk-a-Thon! Please fill out this application to register to walk. We would like for everyone ten and up to register. (Children under ten do not have to register individually.)

If email, please know you will need to print it and return it on the day of the event.

If physical copy please let us know how you would like to pick it up. (Ex: pick up at church, local meet up, etc.)
