I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am a bodybuilder and powerlifter, and I have been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. In high school I discovered weight training and developed my passion for powerlifting. I am constantly looking for new techniques to further my weightlifting skills and challenge myself. If I'm not in the gym you'll probably find me relaxing at home with a good book, or binge watching a new tv series. I love working in such a welcoming and caring environment at StretchLab. My goal is always to help people in whatever way I can, and StretchLab gives me the platform to do that.

With over 10 years of experience as a teacher, coach, and leader in Health & Wellness, I have evolved into the fitness professional I am today. I began as a NASM certified private trainer and certified Pilates mat instructor, specializing in performance and aesthetics. Several years ago, I immersed myself in the more holistic side of wellness with a 500 hour Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. I feel a calling to share the movement methodology with all the years of studying anatomy, physiology, breath work, & exercise patterns to help others understand what is possible! I want to empower clients to know they can wake up every morning feeling inspired, energized, strong, joyful, & connected. I love living in sunny San Diego and exploring our beautiful city! I am a US Navy Veteran with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and I am a certified personal trainer. I enlisted in the United States Navy in 2015. Seeing how the military can take a toll on individuals both mentally and physically, I was inspired to pursue a career in exercise science. After my honorable discharge from the military in 2019, I graduated from San Diego State University with honors. From my experience working at the Adaptative Fitness Clinic at SDSU and at the Egoscue Method, I was able to formulate exercise programs for adaptive clients and find postural deviations for each individual that could then be implemented into their corrective exercise program. Outside of work you can find me weight-training, hiking, throwing a football, or playing some recreational basketball. I love Stretchlab because it allows me to better myself as a professional in the wellness field while also improving myself as a person. Stretchlab gave me an opportunity to fulfill what I wish to do most; help individuals live their lives to the fullest extent!

I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy from San Diego State University. I have worked with a wide variety of physical therapy patients in the in and out-patient setting as a rehabilitation aide for 2 years. I also volunteered at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in the acute physical therapy department, mainly with stroke and orthopedic patients. I have recently obtained a NASM personal training certification and was a strength and conditioning coach intern with high school athletes. Currently, I am volunteering with a pediatric physical therapy facility, interacting with kids who have down syndrome, autism, and other genetic disorders. I am hoping to pursue a doctorate of physical therapy in the near future. Outside of work you can find me in the gym weight training or out on the water paddle boarding! I love cooking, trying the new cookies at Crumbl, and watching some baseball games at Petco park! I love StretchLab because it allows me to continue my education on injury prevention and recovery with a holistic perspective. At the same time, I am able to build relationships with my clients to keep them staying active and giving them the freedom of movement they deserve.

I recently obtained a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis at San Diego State University. From a young age, I was very active, devoting countless hours to sports, which ignited my passion for bodily health and wellness. My experiences working as a physical therapy aide at various physical therapist clinics have given me unique technical knowledge I am excited to apply to each client I get to take care of! Outside of StretchLab, I am either working towards earning a Pilates teaching certification or volunteering at in-patient rehabilitation center. I also love to cook, read, spend time with my puppy, or work out at the gym. I am incredibly grateful for StretchLab, as it is an honor to be a part of a client’s journey toward optimal health and kinesthetic movement! Come stretch with me!

I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Technician, & former collegiate baseball player. I have been an active person since the moment I could walk, but I did not play any organized sport until I moved to the United States at the age of 8. It was then that I fell in love with baseball and the intricacies behind the biomechanics of the game. I chased my passion until I settled at Oklahoma Christian University where I received my Bachelors in Exercise Science. Currently, I am in process of applying to Physical Therapy programs while trying to get more hands on experience to further my understanding of how the human body works. When I am not helping clients, I love golfing, surfing, playing guitar, and hanging out with my friends. StretchLab has given me the opportunity to connect with people and help them with their individual needs while working alongside some of the coolest people I have met. The lives I get to experience vicariously and the wisdom I gain from working at StretchLab has been an absolute blessing.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer & recent Kinesiology graduate from California State Polytechnic University. Fitness and self care have been major components in my life since I was a teenager & aided in helping me become content in life after struggling with mental health. Shortly after graduating, I started my career in personal training, which has provided me a sense of fulfillment helping others. Outside of work, I love to strength train at the gym and playing sports such as soccer. As time has passed as a personal trainer, I’ve gained interest in other areas of health and fitness. I had heard about StretchLab from a fellow trainer, and as soon as I began to learn more about it, I was hooked! Movement, flexibility, and recovery are the names of the game for StretchLab, and it was immediately apparent to me how much it tied into my love for exercise and self care. As I started as a Flexologist, my interest became more of a passion as I learned of all the different benefits that came with our unique focus of flexibility training, and how I have the ability to help others improve the way they move.

I am a Gayatri Shala RYT 200 Hour trained yoga teacher with a degree in Psychosomatic Healing. I was a competitive Crossfit Trainer in 2015 before injuries and skeletal misalignment changed my focus in bodywork to sustainability and healing. I completed the Gayatri Shala RYT 200 Hour teacher training and began teaching yoga, breath-work, and meditation. I earned a degree in Psychosomatic Healing, and have worked extensively with recovering addicts. For years on the Hawaiian islands, I taught full-time as a yoga instructor, had private trauma therapy clients, and furthered my knowledge with training in Yin, Pranayama, and Kundalini. You can find me on the mat, in the garden, on a surfboard, or in the kitchen; emanating presence, love, and bliss.
