HGE Weekly Update
August 12, 2022
Message from Mrs. Libby
Hunter's Green Families,
This is Mrs. Libby with the weekly update for Friday, August 12, 2022. We had an amazing first three days of school. Classes have spent valuable time this week creating a classroom culture and getting to know one another.
Monday is an early release day and students will be dismissed at 12:55. Please join us on Tuesday, August 16 at 8:30 am for our first PTA Meeting which will be held at school. On Wednesday, August 17, Cub Scouts will be holding an informational meeting at 6:30 pm in our cafeteria. We encourage all those interested to attend. We have rescheduled our volunteer orientation to Wednesday, August 31 at 9:00 am and hope you will be able to attend to learn about the various ways you can assist the staff and students at Hunter's Green.
Be sure to check your email or text messages for a link to the weekly update and other important information.
Thank you for your patience during arrival and dismissal these first few days. Students have been ready to exit the vehicles and almost all families have had their car tag posted at dismissal. As a reminder, the gate to the car rider loop will close at 7:37. If you arrive after that time, please proceed to the front of the school to drop off your child.
Thank you so much for all you do for Hunter’s Green Panthers. If there is anything I can do to be of assistance, please let me know.
