One School, One Family, One Community
Principal's Message
It has been an amazing start to the school year and I am grateful for the outstanding effort of our faculty to ensure a smooth start to the year. We pursue excellence by establishing high expectations and actively engage students in the learning process to build a strong school culture.
Your child will be taking the Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (F.A.S.T.) Progress Monitoring 1 assessment in Reading and Math, and/or for state-assessed content (Algebra, Geometry, Civics, Biology, US History, Grades 5 & 8 Science) in the coming weeks. Results will be available soon after their test is completed.
To help prepare your child for these tests, make sure they get a good night’s sleep, eat breakfast, and are reminded not to rush.
For more information about FAST Progress Monitoring Assessment Plan, please visit www.fldoe.org/fast/.
We cannot do the work without you and we are striving to strengthen our partnership and encourage you to become more engaged in our Woodbridge school community. I invite you to attend our monthly School Advisory Council Meetings, PTA Meetings, or upcoming Parent Nights. We are so fortunate to have a wonderful parent community, and your support makes a big difference. Your continued efforts to stay informed of your child’s educational experience supports their success. On behalf of the staff, thank you for entrusting your child to us. I look forward to working together as a team to meet the needs of all students.
Sincerely,
Victoria Morse
Principal
