• Music's biggest stars are walking down the red carpet for the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.
  • Justin Bieber is nominated for one award and has recently announced a big music comeback.
  • However, he is currently not planning to attend the event.

Beliebers might be getting ready to hear more music from Justin since he recently revealed that he is working on his new album, but don't expect him to make an appearance at one of music's biggest nights.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are not going to be at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards this year. Although the couple have been out and about at Coachella and at a Toronto Maple Leaf's game late last month, they still haven't made their first red carpet appearance together as a married couple.

According to Justin's Instagram, he is currently in the New York City area, while Hailey is somewhere at home, although exactly where hasn't been revealed. Chances are, Hailey is also in NYC as she gets ready for the 2019 Met Gala that is scheduled to take place on Monday night.

While Justin still hasn't released a new single this past year, he is currently nominated for Best R&B Song for "No Brainer, the DJ Khaled track that also included Chance the Rapper and Quavo.

With the Met Gala only a few days away, it wouldn't be surprising to see the couple walk the red carpet at the event together. Last year, Justin skipped out on the event while Hailey ended up going with best friend Shawn Mendes. Soon after, the couple got back together and were later engaged, until they officially got married later that year.

At least fans already know that they have new music on the way to look forward to, even though Justin still has yet to reveal when it will come out.
