Administrative Fellowship Program

The Administrative Fellowship team with Marty Cahill.

Hands-On Training for Tomorrow’s Health Care Leaders

The Administrative Fellowship Program at Samaritan Health Services is a unique opportunity for Masters-prepared Healthcare Administration graduates (MHA, MBA, MPH or similar) to gain valuable practical experience in health care. The program provides new leaders with exposure and project experience vital to launch a successful career in health care management.

The Fellow will gain experience in an integrated health care system that includes five hospitals, three of which are critical access hospitals, numerous primary and specialty care practices, a health plan and an innovative approach to the challenges of providing comprehensive personal and population-based health care.
