I am optimistic in my therapeutic approach helping ladies with reproductive mental health, and couples, families, and individuals (adolescents/adults) who struggle with issues that affect their daily functioning. My goal is to empower clients to understand themselves, to highlight strengths, positive traits, coping skills, and encourage the potential that emerges during the therapeutic process. Life today is stressful under good circumstances but when life throws us off balance we need a safe place to process our thoughts and feelings to regain wellness in our life.
