Another Alternative: Give it Back

Outstanding Returns’ mission is to close the racial wealth divide and create an equitable economy for everyone. We do this by moving money in three primary ways.

1. By supporting people with wealth to return money to systemically marginalized communities.

2. By supporting grassroots organizations to raise more money.

3. By returning to communities any surplus* earned by Outstanding Returns.

*Surplus in this context means anything after all bills are paid, and employees/contractors are paid a fair living wage with benefits that support a healthy and balanced life. Holding the value of transparency, all of Outstanding Returns’ financials are available upon request. We welcome any input on how we could make changes so that we can return more money to communities.
