FAQ
- What is the purpose of this plan?
- The Initial Proposal Volume 1 identifies Oregon’s NTIA-mandated challenge process and the locations throughout Oregon that will ultimately be eligible for BEAD funding. The OBO is following NTIA programmatic requirements, which include the completion of a Five-Year Action Plan (submitted on August 28th) and two subsequent proposals, known as the Initial Proposal Volume 1 and 2 and the Final Proposal.
