Board Elections and Annual Meeting
The 51st Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on June 8, 2024 in Wainwright, Alaska.
Three seats are up for election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The term for each seat is three years.
To be eligible for election to the Board of Directors, candidates must be a shareholder of OC, at least 18 years of age or older, and either an original shareholder or a lineal descendant of an original shareholder.
Shareholders interested in running for the Board of Directors to be elected at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders must complete and submit candidacy paperwork (linked above) to the OC Governance Department. All completed paperwork must be received by 5:00PM AKST, February 15, 2024.
