The word “advocacy” can seem a bit intimidating, but when you think about it, we’re all advocates for something! Simply put, an advocate is someone who speaks- up for change in hopes that they can improve the world in which they live. The Obesity Action Coalition provides a variety of advocacy tools to help in your efforts to get more involved in advocacy, however small or large they may be.
