Empowerment- Flow Yoga
60 minutes of movement dedicated to tapping into strength and power. This is a vinyasa flow class composed of a dynamic sequence linking movement to breath. Suitable for all levels.

Freedom- Slow Flow Yoga
60 minutes of slow movement where the intention is to just feel good. Gain strength and flexibility so you can stretch deeper and leave feeling wonderful. Suitable for all levels, but especially beginner friendly.

Come together for movement and connection. This offering includes 45 minutes of slow movement suitable for all levels. After we’ve opened our bodies, we’ll connect through meaningful conversation and activities designed to build community.

Stability- Chair Yoga
45 minutes of chair yoga perfectly paced movement designed for a mature body or for anyone with mobility concerns (disabilities, post-operative limitations, etc.). Gentle joint releasing and gentle stretching; may be from a chair, or with assistance of the wall. Deepen your breath, increase your energy and stamina as you stretch and move your body slowly.

Stillness- Meditation
45 minute meditation practice. Unwind, connect & center yourself in 30-minutes of guided meditations. This offering will rotate and differ throughout the weeks, and may include anything from sound healing, to yoga nidra, to breathwork, to guided journaling.

Vibe In Heels
Our Heels Dance class is a unique and empowering experience that combines elements of jazz, hip hop, and burlesque to create a sassy and sexy routine! In this class, you will learn how to strut, pop, and twirl in high heels while building confidence, improving your posture, and strengthening your muscles. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a beginner, our Heels Dance class is a great way to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, and unleash your inner diva! Zumba® is a group fitness program that blends rhythmic Latin music with high-intensity cardio dance moves to make getting in shape more fun than ever. Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise modality that’s accessible, builds strength, and improves posture while helping you form a connection with your body.
