Update In December, the Bureau of Health Professions Licensure (BHPL) will move from 239 Causeway Street, Boston to 250 Washington Street, Boston. We encourage our stakeholders to continue to access this webpage for the most current information related to the planned relocation. Beginning Monday, December 6, 2021 the new address for the Bureau of Health Professions Licensure, will be: Department of Public Health Please note that the Bureau’s main phone number and staff phone numbers in these programs will not change. Additional information will be posted in the coming weeks, including any changes to processes for submitting materials to BHPL or any of its programs. If you have questions about the move, please email your licensing Board or Program.
