You can show your appreciation to colleagues or people that you’ve worked with by sending them a Kudos on LinkedIn. Kudos is a fun and easy way to recognize an individual or a group of members by mentioning to your connections or the public how they’ve excelled. You can send Kudos only to LinkedIn members that you’re connected to.
Note: Kudos can be sent thrice a week.
To send Kudos from your desktop:

Navigate to the profile of the LinkedIn member you’d like to recognize.

Click the More button in their introduction section.

Select
Give Kudos from the dropdown. -
In the Select kudos award pop-up window, select a kudos award from the options provided.
- Share in a post is selected by default. You can click the dropdown and select Send in a message, if you wish to message the kudos to the member.

Click Next.

In the Share in a post/Send in a message popup window, you can make edits to the content and visibility of your Kudos post.
- Recommended recognition text will automatically populate according to the member’s details and the Kudos award you selected.
- You can also Add hashtag to the kudos post.

Click Post.
To send Kudos:

Navigate to the profile of a LinkedIn member you’d like to recognize and tap More… in their introduction section.

Tap the
Give Kudos icon. -
From the Select kudos award page, select a kudos award from the options provided.
- Share in a post is selected by default. You can select Send in a message, if you wish to message the kudos to the member.

Tap Next.

In the Start Post/New message page, you can make edits to the content and visibility of your Kudos post.

You can also Add hashtag to the kudos.

Tap Post.
Once you’ve sent a Kudos, you can make changes to it by editing the post at any time.
