Matt Pozda is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a double concentration in Accounting and Finance.  Mr. Pozda spent the first 10 years of his career in the fields of Investment Banking, Private Equity and Distressed Investing, at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, CapitalSource, and MCG Capital.  He has also co-founded and successfully co-manages MM Capital Holdings LLC, which invests in and operates small businesses. Today, as Visionary & CEO, he works hard every day to ensure that Call Dad upholds their core values.  His leadership is not just about providing exemplary HVAC services but about fostering a culture where every customer feels valued, understood, and cared for.  Call Dad is also keenly focused on cultivating curiosity and growth, through DAD University, an accredited apprenticeship program where Call Dad is helping shape the future generation of tradesmen and tradeswomen.  His entrepreneurial roots, combined with his dedication to authentic service, continue to shape Call Dad's mission and success. With five years of call center management experience under her vest, she’s here to support our growing team!
