Schedule a UPS pickup for your kit

Before you activate your kit, schedule a UPS pickup for your sample(s). This can be done online or over the phone by calling 1-800-742-5877.

Samples collected on a Monday to Saturday should be returned via UPS on the same day.

Please note that the UPS pickup service does not operate on a Sunday. If you collect your sample on a Sunday, please arrange a UPS pickup for your test on Monday.

Some destinations will require you to join an observation call with a LetsGetChecked care professional to confirm your identity and observe your sample collection. Please check aa.com for destination requirements.

If you or somebody you are travelling with require an observation call, we will assist you in setting this up. Do not collect your sample until you are on the observation call.
