Give to LCA

Learn How to Receive an Additional 65% State Tax Credit

Your gift – whatever its size or purpose – will make an enormous difference in the lives of our students here at LCA.

You may wish to make a general gift, enabling the school to use it where it can achieve the greatest impact, or you may direct your gift to a program of particular interest to you. Either way, your gift will change a young person’s life.

Because LCA is a IRS 501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization, all contributions are tax-deductible.

Donate to the LCA Foundation through VA’s Education Improvement Scholarship Tax Credit Program and receive a 65% state tax credit on top of your deductible federal and state charitable donations for the tax year. To donate to the LCA Foundation, please fill out the pre-authorization form and submit it to Kristi Jennings in the LCA Office of Student Accounts at kldavis8@liberty.edu.

All gifts to the LCA General Fund will strengthen the budget for our various programs and activities, helping the school fulfill its mission to provide Christ-centered and Bible-based education to all of our students. We are inviting everyone to participate with the Bulldog Club — some may be able to give more than others, but gifts of all sizes will ultimately help us raise the necessary funds.

These gifts will be delegated by the superintendent for school needs. You may also request to know what programs ultimately reap the benefit from your gift.

Outright Gifts

Additionally, a tax-deductible donation to VA’s Education Improvement Scholarship Tax Credit Program can provide tuition assistance to new families at LCA who cannot otherwise afford a private education. A monetary or marketable securities donation to this foundation grants you an additional 65% state tax credit on top of your current federal and state tax deductions for charitable donations. This program saves you money while providing a strong Christian education to others! It’s a win-win situation!

For more information, please email Kristi Jennings, Finance Operations Manager, at kldavis8@liberty.edu. Meeting the requirements set forth by the Virginia Department of Education, Liberty Christian Academy does not limit scholarships to students of one school.
