Let’s Help Venezuela!

My name is Laura Ramírez and I am a Venezuelan student living in Atlanta. Venezuela is living through a Hyperinflation of about 4000%, and the minimum wage is around $3 MONTHLY. People, newborns, children, adults, elderly are starving and dying of hunger and lack of medicine. The love for my country and the beautiful people in there made me want to start this project. Our goal is to supply with meals, medicines, and clothes to all the people that REALLY NEED IT. All the money collected is going to be sent to my cousin "Ivanna Alzolay" and to the organization "Comidas Solidarias Poz" translated to "Soliday Meals", and they are going to use them ONLY to buy the food, boxes, and shipping from the USA. In Venezuela my family and volunteers are going to prepare meals and distribute them, and the products in really poor areas of Caracas (capital city). The picture you see above is the first time my cousin (Ivanna Alzolay) did it in Christmas, I’m really proud that even with the few resources they found there they gave a moment of happiness to all that people, so I want to help them to keep making that happen.We don’t really have a monetary goal, our goal is helping our brothers and sisters back in Venezuela!!
