Notice of Intent DE-FOA-0003122 to issue Funding Opportunity Announcement DE-FOA-0003018 titled Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) - Clean Fuels & Products Shot: Supporting Carbon Utilization Products via Electrochemical Conversion and Refinery and Petrochemical Facilities Retrofitting on behalf of the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management. The Department of Energy Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management will develop an opportunity funded through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Section 40302-Carbon Utilization Program, which amended Section 969A of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005) (42 U.S.C. 16298a). This Carbon Conversion program aims to develop commercially viable products that are derived from anthropogenic carbon oxides and demonstrate significant net reductions in lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions compared to incumbent technologies, processes, and products.
