Description

Organized by an expert committee led by Karim Lakhani of Harvard University and in cooperation with the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard, this workshop forms part of a National Academies study addressing the role of inducement prizes within the U.S. innovation ecosystem. The purpose of the public workshop is to spur further discussion on this topic with experts, practitioners, and competitors in the field of inducement prizes.

Workshop speakers will discuss issues related to inducement prizes based on their professional experience, on topics related to the role of prizes in innovation as well as prize design and facilitation. The event will feature plenary and breakout panel discussions and audience Q&A.
