Start your ODI experience off on the farm!
Your hosts, Todd and Tessa Koch, will walk you through their agri-tourism experience at TMK Creamery, nestled in the Willamette Valley, just 35 minutes from Portland or Salem. Their direct-to-farmer showcase lets guests meet their “cow-lebrities” and offers visitors a working knowledge of dairy food production.
Join us for a memorable meal, and a live, inside look at how agri-tourism is connecting the hearts and minds of consumers to life on this dairy farm. Remember to dress for the outdoors, and wear closed-toe shoes for the full experience!
The Meal: Steak dinner featuring TMK beef, two sides that include TMK products, a charcuterie course, and salad. Please let us know about any dietary requirements.
The Drinks: Cash bar for cocktails, wine, and beer. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
