Montgomery Connects - Montgomery Virtual Academy

Montgomery County is providing 40,000 Chromebook computers to Montgomery County residents at least 7 years old who do not have a computer. Limit one per person. Use this Eventbrite form to reserve a computer pick-up date and time. Bring the Eventbrite receipt on phone or print out to your appointment. If all appointments are Sold Out, revisit www.montgomerycountymd.gov/computer in a few days. We will add more appointments through October 2022.

YOU MUST APPEAR IN PERSON WITH YOUR PHOTO ID to pick-up a computer on the day of your appointment. You do not have to be a U.S. Citizen, but you MUST BE A MONTGOMERY COUNTY RESIDENT. Everyone picking up a computer, including children, must bring some form of ID when picking up the computer (school or work ID, bus pass, state ID or driver’s license, etc.). ALL CHILDREN RECEIVING COMPUTERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT AND MUST BE PRESENT WITH AN ID TO RECEIVE A COMPUTER. Elementary school children can use report cards with an address that matches their parent’s ID. If you come on a different day, or are not a Montgomery County resident, we will not have a computer for you.

Questions that must be answered have “(REQUIRED)” at end. If “Register” button at end of form does not turn orange or not work, you need to provide information missing from a Required Field. (Be sure to select "Maryland" as the State in the address dropdown field.) Please contact us at least 5 days prior to a computer pick-up date if you need assistance in ASL, auxiliary aids, or in languages other than English, Spanish, or Amharic and the County will make reasonable accommodations or schedule a specific pick-up for you.
