All of our jewellery is individually handmade to order for you in the UK and the time we need to prepare your order for shipping can vary. For details, please check the individual item listing page or contact us. We want you to have your jewellery as soon as possible, so if you need something urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For delivery in time for Mother's Day (International: 12th May 2024), please place your order before the dates indicated below:
- Europe: order by 1 May
- US & Canada (Standard Delivery): order by 26 April
- US & Canada (Express Delivery): order by 1 May
- Rest of World (Standard Delivery): order by 21 April
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend you order your gifts as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The dates listed above are guidelines only and are based on the time required for us to make and gift wrap your and carrier service information. These dates do not factor in the possibility of delays due to environmental conditions and/or third party actions outside of our control. Orders placed after these dates may not be eligible for rush processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its progress by entering the tracking number we have provided (*) on the Royal Mail website at https://www.royalmail.com/business/track-your-item#/ (*) You can find the tracking information under 'Purchase History' in your Etsy profile.
Shipping times do not include the possibility of weather delays or potential wide-spread postal delays in affected areas. We are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail or other third parties, however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any problems.

5 out of 5 starsI received my one and only rose! Becky made this beautiful rose just for me! It does not look exactly like the photo on the website but it is just as intelligent and exquisite. In fact I love it that no other rose is quite like this. I love the minimalist design and I love how easy it was to communicate with Becky! This rose carries a lot of meaning to me - my permission rose in my quest of discovering Duality. I will be wearing it as part of me, having it remind me of tolerance and personal boundaries. Gift Wrapping & Packaging
Your jewellery will arrive with you beautifully packaged in our signature gift box which is suitable for every occasion and celebration.
If you are buying as a gift, make it extra special by upgrading to our luxury gift wrap option at the checkout.
Short on time? We can ship your order directly to the recipient & hand write a personal message on a card for you. Simply add a special note to your recipient in the "notes to seller" at checkout and we will gladly include your message!
Jewellery Care & Warranty
All jewellery is delicate, so please handle it with care. We are not responsible for any damage or breakages to your jewellery as a result of improper care or carelessness when being worn/handled.
Our tips for looking after your jewellery:
💠 Avoid wearing jewellery when working out or swimming
💠 Put on jewellery AFTER applying make-up to limit exposure & any potential damage caused by chemicals found in cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes, & lotion
💠 Keep your jewellery in an air-tight container
💠 If your jewellery tarnishes, clean with a dry cloth to restore the shine

Sizing Information
Please make sure that you carefully check all sizing information in the listing description and photos, and select the correct sizing options before you purchase. We will make your order to these specifications unless we have agreed with you otherwise.
All rings are handmade to order to your chosen size and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please make sure you order the correct size. Resizing will incur an additional charge.

Our top tips:
💍 The ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
💍 For best results, measure your finger 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.
💍 If your ring size falls between two sizes, we suggest buying the larger size.
Buying as a gift? Ask the recipient's friends or family if they know their finger size, or borrow one of their rings (from the correct finger) & use the ring measurements to determine its size.

Jewellery that is fully customised or personalised (e.g. with a date, name, or non-standard phrase) is not eligible for a return or refund.
Hand-stamped Jewellery: Characters are individually stamped by hand and therefore may not be perfectly aligned. There may also be variations in depth and spacing. This is part of the piece's unique charm and is not considered as a fault.
Additional Conditions of Return and/or Exchange
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will always do what we can to make it right.

We recommend you return items via a tracked/recorded mail service & take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please retain your proof of posting certificate. We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
If returning items from outside the UK, you must write “RETURNED GOODS” prominently on the package. For any packages not marked as such, we will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees, taxes and/or brokerage charges from the refund amount.
Custom Order Requests
We love to make custom pieces! Click the "Request Custom Order" button and tell us what you're looking for. Be sure to include specifics such as style, size, colour, etc.
If we can accept your request, we will publish a Private Listing for you and you’ll be notified via email and Etsy Conversations that your order is ready to purchase. This listing won't be publicly viewable in Etsy Search or our shop prior to your purchase.
Please note that custom orders are time consuming and this is reflected in their price. Before starting any custom work, we require full payment upfront via Etsy checkout to cover the costs of materials, etc. Custom orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Christmas Returns & Exchanges Policy
During this busy gifting period, we extend our returns policy to make things easier for you.
All unworn and unused jewellery purchased between 1st November – 20th December can be returned or exchanged up until 15th January. Please note the usual exclusions apply.
For purchases made from 21st December onwards, our normal refund policy applies.
A Guide To Our Materials
925 Sterling Silver: A versatile and durable alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper which makes your favourite pieces last longer.
Solid Gold: 100% recycled 9ct/18ct gold without the human or environmental problems sometimes associated with mining.
Gold Vermeil: A thick and durable layer of gold (2.5 microns) electro-plated over a base of sterling silver.
Gold Filled: A layer of 14ct gold pressure bonded to a base metal of brass, nickel-free and the next best alternative to solid gold.
Gold Plate: Gold over a base metal of copper with a layer of anti-tarnish for extra durability.
