Personally, I think it's entirely unfair that dogs have to eat brown, crunchy pebble food while their humans dine on cheeseburgers, sushi, pizza etc. right in front of them. It's cruel, really. Apparently, Aldi and I agree on the subject, because they're releasing ice cream for dogs. Finally! Justice!

The brand announced its Heart to Tail Dog Ice Cream as an Aldi Find. Which, in case you're unaware, has a "here today, gone tomorrow" mentality. Basically, new items arrive and then exit store shelves shortly thereafter, though the time frame varies product to product.

The frozen dog treats retail for $3, include four individual tubs, and will make their debut on June 26. The packaging also boasts gluten free ingredients and no artificial flavors.

The box comes with two of each flavor: original and Cheese and Bac'n. The latter sounds very much like the kind of thing my dog would love (good product research, guys!) But I'm kind of confused as to what the original flavor tastes like. Nothing? Vanilla? Dog food? Someone get back to me on that, my pup has a very sophisticated palate and demands answers.

Aldi

Don't worry, Aldi hasn't completely left us humans out in the cold. They're also selling stuffed Belgian Waffles, which look, um, incredible. There are two varieties, chocolate-filled and cherry-filled. Both are $3.99 and equally delicious. The Aldi Find also hits stores on June 26. So it looks like that'll be a big day for you and your pet.
