Porch pirate caught on camera identified by Cleveland police

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Surveillance video released Wednesday by Cleveland police shows a brazen porch pirate steal packages off a front porch in broad daylight.
In an update posted to Facebook, Cleveland police said the man has been identified. His name wasn’t released.
The video shows a man back a silver van into a driveway, hop out and walk up to the porch. Police said he then stole packages.
It happened July 23 on Thrush Avenue, police said.
According to police, the van seen in the video was previously reported stolen.
