CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Did somebody say food trucks?

Walnut Wednesday, downtown Cleveland’s largest food truck gathering, returns for its 10th season on June 2 following a one-year hiatus. The weekly event, held at Perk Plaza at Walnut Avenue and E. 12th Street, takes place every Wednesday from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. through September 1.

The event features a variety of rotating food trucks, plus live music and plenty of seating. Admission is free. Local health department and CDC guidelines will be in place, meaning unvaccinated people must still wear masks, while fully vaccinated people can go maskless.

The lineup at the first Walnut Wednesday includes Kona Ice of Strongsville, Manna Truck CLE, Smooth Rider, The Food Depot and Wild Spork. The event is presented by the Downtown Cleveland Alliance.
