This project involves the complete renovation of the historic Globe Furniture Building, prominently located across from Findlay Market at 1801-1805 Elm Street. The renovated building contains a first floor restaurant space, offices, an event space and gallery for People’s Liberty on the first, second and third floors and a leased office space on the fourth floor. This project was awarded state and federal historic tax credits.
