      Requirements

      Our Builder D - Is responsible in building and assembling a variety of cabinets in the Specials Department. This position requires a skilled individual who can assemble cabinets using a drawing and written or verbal instructions. The builder must read and understand drawings and technical printouts when constructing the cabinets. This position is physically demanding as you are standing, moving all day and frequently lifting 50 lbs. while positioning cabinets on and off the work benches. 

      The use of Table Saw, Miter Saw, Staple Guns and Tape Measure is required for this position. 

      Required Qualifications:

      · Must be 18 years of age or older

      · Willingness to submit for pre-employment background check and drug screening

      Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      · Ability to use an electric or manual pallet jack to move the cabinets over to the truck/trailer.

      · Ability to lift and move the product to its location without damaging the product.

      · High attention to detail to meet specifications and to work safely.

      · Successfully work in a team environment

      Salary: The compensation for this position is $21.94 - $26.54 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.

        Requirements

        Our Production Specialis C - Sprayer position is responsible for matching material from Stain Booth to color samples. Adjust Sprayers accordingly when toning the parts is required. Sprayers must learn all about spray equipment such as, but not limited to, airless sprayers and pumps, air-assisted airless and convention cup guns.


        Scope of Sprayer Positions:

        • General knowledge of paints and stains, and various types of top-seals.
        • Experience with spray gun (hvlp), cup gun, wet millage gage.
        • Must have a keen eye for color variations/discrepancies.
        • Must be detail oriented and have spraying experience.
        • Understand proper use and maintenance of required PPE i.e. respirators, dust masks, safety glasses.
        • Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day, including some OT at various times throughout the year, based on manufacturing needs.

          Requirements

           

          Our Production Specialists A - Sanders must check parts for defects before and after sanding. Sand all parts by hand based on step in finish process and type of finish material on part. Remove defects from parts that do not meet production specifications. Support department with dust blow off and wiping.

            Essential Functions:

            Our Material Handler - Line Loader is responsible to retrieve carts from the buffer lane and set them up in the line load area. This detail-oriented position involves reviewing and verifying parts based on tags, paying attention to color, gloss, and frame requirements in the paperwork. The role may require heavy lifting, quick adaptation to change, and continuous lifting of parts over shoulders. Thorough inspection for defects during the loading process is essential. Defective parts are marked with red tape and returned to the cart, while parts missing a hook drill are similarly marked and placed back. Loading is to continue until all complete kits are loaded, at which point the cart is sent to the kitter for reprocessing.

            Required Qualifications:

            • Must be 18 years of age or older
