IMPACT REPORTS

California CASA wants every child in the state who needs a CASA volunteer by their side to have one. In order to make this a reality, local CASA programs need funding, training, technical assistance, collaboration and a voice at the state legislature advocating for laws that support and strengthen youth in foster care, their CASA volunteers, and the CASA programs that connect them.

Strategic Plan FY2024-FY2026

A new three-year strategic plan creates a path forward for California CASA to pursue three priorities:

  1. Continue to support and expand the core CASA model.

  2. Expand our scope of advocacy to recruit, train, and supervise CASAs to serve youth in the juvenile justice system.

  3. Advocate for systemic change within the child welfare system.
