We sure are excited for hockey this season and can’t wait to see the great smiles on all the players!  Just a couple quick notes to get you started…

The photo schedule below will be your guide but always listen to your Coach or Team Manager for any changes that might occur.

No Skates or Helmets for the photos.  We will need consistent heights an a clear face (and hair) for all the players.  So please leave them both in the lobby with their hockey bag.  Don’t forget all the other gear though – dark jersey, chest protector, elbow pads, breezers, knee pads and hockey socks (with shoes).

SQUIRT PLAYERS!  Photos are scheduled with your in-house team but will be delivered as TRAVEL TEAM PHOTOS.  We will get the final travel team rosters after photos are taken and put every player in the right place.

The make-up photo times this year are available for Termite-6U to Squirts-10U every day at the end of the scheduled photos.  Simply hop in line and we’ll shoot these players on a first come-first serve basis.  When the line is finished we close for the day.  Older players Peewee-12U to Bantam-15U must plan to attend their photo session for correct posing and photo placement.  Call us at the studio (M-F 10a-6p) with questions.

What else to know:

Can’t make your assigned team time?  All Make-up photos for younger players Termites-6U to Squirt-10U will happen on a first come-first serve basis at he end of each day’s scheduled photos.  Get in line folks!  Once the line is empty, we will close for the day.  We really need all older players (12U, 15U, PW and Bantam) to try and attend their photo sessions.  We will be shooting team panos and must have all players there to get the posing and placement correct.  Call us at the studio (M-F 10a-6p) with questions.

If your athlete is sick, we totally understand your situation and would like to provide you with a simple reschedule date when you are ready.  Please contact us right away so we know to leave a space for your player in the group photo.

  • Players and Coaches need to be dressed and ready their team’s scheduled time.  Please do not leave the facility until you have had a photo taken.
  • Coaches have your Club Coaching Jacket on and ready to be photographed when you step in line with your team.
  • Please have your athlete in attendance regardless whether you’re ordering or not!   We’d love a photo of each athlete and each coach to create a complete group photo for this season!
  • Our preference is online ordering.  This helps us track every order quickly and efficiently.  Please use the link above to place your photo order securely with a credit or debit card.  If you would prefer to pay by check, the link to printable forms is at the bottom of every page.  Place your form and check in an envelope.  Print your athlete’s name and team on the outside.

  • Sign-up for Sibling photos with the Sign-up Genius links in the schedule.  Bring all players to that time slot to be photographed together.
  • Individual Photos during the sibling time slot –  We do not guarantee that we will be able to take their individual photos during that session.  Although most of the time we can get the Termite through Squirt-10U level players taken care of, but older players Peewee-12U to Bantam-15U must plan to attend their team’s photo time for the correct posing and placement.
  • Can’t get the kids all together or find a time slot that works?  For a mere $3 just check the Photoshop box in the sibling package, and we will put them all together using their individual photos.  No scheduling necessary.  It’s that easy!
  • Sibling Photo Packages are a must!  Choose from our two sibling packages to order your prints, and digital photos are available to add to a package as well.  Sibling photos are no longer available à la carte.
  • If there is a sibling not playing this sport but you would like them in the photo (.i.e., gymnastics sister), then we will take their photo alongside your player.  Talk to a BOT staff member for more information.
  • Place your order before photo day, and your photos will be delivered through your coach or team manager.  They will be notified when to pickup and distribute by the club.
  • Although when ordering on-line, you have three options:  Deliver with Team, Ship by USPS (shipping fees will apply) or Pick-Up for free at the BOT Studio.
  • After the final photo day for your club, all late orders will be Shipped by USPS OR available for free Pick-Up at BOT.
