Dr. Preston J. Phillips passed from This Life on Wednesday June 1, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Funeral Services for Dr. Phillips will commence Saturday June 11, 2022 at 1PM at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church - 1301 S. Boston Avenue.
Friends may begin filing into the sanctuary at approx. 11:45AM.
Viewing for Dr. Phillips will be at Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. Tulsa Chapel (1414 N. Norfolk Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma) on Friday June 10, 2022 from 11AM - 6PM. Floral arrangements will be accepted during this time. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that contributions be made to the Dr. Preston J. Phillips Scholarship Fund c/o Tulsa Community Foundation at: www.tulsacf.org/drphillips
