Radio 2 Piano Room - Def Leppard

Formed in 1976 in Sheffield, Def Leppard have sold more than 110 million albums worldwide, including two of the best-selling albums of all time, Pyromania and Hysteria, and they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.

This month, the band released Drastic Symphonies - an album featuring some of Def Leppard's most-loved tracks, dramatically reimagined orchestrally.

And from the intimacy of the Piano Room, the band will be embarking on a UK and European stadium tour in May, June and July.

Vernon will also have the usual goodies including Ten to the Top, the Record and Album of the Week and Tracks of My Years. This week, it's Suggs from Madness taking us on a ten-song journey through his life, and his latest choices are from The Kinks and Julie London.
