ACTIVITIES

A 50 by 80-foot football-themed obstacle course presented by Barrow Neurological Institute with a scoreboard to track each participant’s performance.

Fans can print a personalized trading card featuring their pet and test their agility and speed with a 40-yard dash in a human hamster wheel.

The Frito-Lay’s Route 57 area features athlete appearances, a human claw machine, Doritos football themed arcade, and even a touchdown dive into a pool of Cheetos foam-filled “puffs”.

A mural selfie wall designed by local Arizona artist Meg Stapp and daily opportunities to win a drone, presented by Avnet.

Games with opportunity to win BIG prizes, such as tickets to Super Bowl LVII and more.

A

Alcohol 

  • Outside alcohol is not allowed at Hance Park.
  • Only guests 21+ will be allowed to consume alcohol. Guests wanting to consume alcohol will be required to visit an ID Check station within Hance Park prior to purchasing drinks or ordering at a bar.
  • Drink options will include local and domestic beer from Hensley which are available at the bar stations inside Hance Park. 

 

Animals 

  • Service Animals for Guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including Emotional Support Animals are prohibited

Bag Policy 

  • There is no clear bag policy to enter Hance Park, however all bags are required to be checked.
  • Bags must not be larger than 18″ x 16″ x 8″.
  • If you bring a bag you MUST enter through Main Gate located on Central Ave. and Gate B located on 1st Street and Portland to run your items through the X-Ray security checkpoint.
  • We recommend not bringing a bag to Hance Park to avoid any lines at Main Gate. Guests without a bag will be able to enter from any gate into Hance Park.

Bike Racks 

  • There are pre-existing bike racks on the west side of Hance Park near the Culver parking lot. There is a limited number available.

Cameras 

  • No personal camera with changeable lens longer than 6in is allowed in Hance Park. Selfie sticks and tripods are also barred from entering the park. 

Capacity 

  • Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Hance Park is subject to capacity restrictions. For any updates on event capacity, we recommend looking for any notifications on the OnePass app, or on @azsuperbowl social accounts.

Diaper Bags  

  • Diaper Bags are allowed in Hance Park, you must enter through Gate A to scan your items through the X-Ray machine. All bags are subject to search.

  • From E. Sky Harbor Blvd: Merge onto I-10 West Downtown Phoenix via the left ramp. Take Exit 148 for Jefferson St. and continue north toward Washington St. Turn left onto Washington St. and head west to downtown area.
    OR
    Head east on E. Sky Harbor Blvd. Merge onto I-10 W via the ramp on the left to Downtown Phoenix. Take Exit 145A for 7th St. Turn left and head south.
  • From the North Valley:
    From I-17: Take I-17 South. Take Exit 199B for Jefferson St. Turn left onto Jefferson St. and head east to downtown area.
    OR
    From I-17: Take I-17 South. Take Exit 200A towards Central Phoenix. Merge onto I-10 East. Take Exit 144A for 7th Ave. Turn right onto 7th Ave. and head south to downtown area.
    From SR-51: Take SR-51 South and merge onto I-10 W. Take Exit 145A for 7th St. Turn left onto 7th St. and head south to downtown area.
  • From the South Valley:
    Take Baseline Road or Broadway Road from the east or west and head north on 7th Ave. or 7th Street to downtown area.
  • From the West Valley:
    From I-10: Take I-10 East. Take Exit 144A for 7th Ave. Turn right on 7th Ave. and head south to downtown area.
    From SR-101: Take SR-101 South and merge onto I-10 East. Take Exit 144A for 7th Ave. Turn right on 7th Ave. and head south to downtown area.
  • From the East Valley:
    From I-10: Take I-10 West to Phoenix. Take Exit 148 for Jefferson St. and head north toward Washington St. Turn left onto Washington St. and head west to downtown area.
    OR
    From US-60: Take US-60 West and merge onto I-10 West to Phoenix. Take Exit 145A for 7th St. Turn left onto 7th St. and head south to downtown area.
    From Loop 202: Continue west on Loop 202 to I-10 West Los Angeles ramp. Merge onto I-10 west and continue to Exit 145A for 7th St. Turn left and head south to downtown area.

Emergencies/Evacuations

  • If you see something, say something. For any suspicious activity or behavior, report to any officer on duty at Hance Park.

  • In case of an emergency, AZSBHC and city officials will implement related safety measures.

Firearms

  • Firearms and other weapons are banned and strictly prohibited at Hance Park.

Fireworks

  • Fireworks are not allowed at this event.

First Aid 

  • In case of an incident, there will be medical tent and medical personnel accessible to guests at Hance Park.


Food

  • No outside food is permitted at Hance Park. Food will be available to purchase at Hance Park. Options will include southwest-focused cuisine from a variety of local vendors and food trucks. For those with dietary restrictions, there will be various options, including vegetarian and vegan options.

  • There are three different gates visitors can enter through. All visitors with a bag MUST enter through Main Gate. Those without a bag are encouraged to use Gates B and C. The gates are located at the following:
    • MAIN GATE – East Side of Hance Park Under Central Ave Bridge – 67 W Culver Street Phoenix, AZ 85003
    • GATE B – North 1st Street and E Moreland Street
    • GATE C – North 2nd Street and E Moreland Street

  • There isn’t any event-specific parking for Hance Park. However, there’s metered parking and paid parking lots throughout Downtown Phoenix. Always make sure to check where you are parking and the spots time limit so you can avoid any tickets. Additional information on parking meters can be found here. The ACE Parking App can help you secure parking ahead of time by pre-paying and reserving a spot in select garages around Phoenix. Please note the the NFL and Host Committee do not control rates for garages located in Downtown Phoenix.

Service Animals 

  • Service animals and service animals-in-training are welcome at Hance Park. The service animal must be required because of the attending guests disability and be trained to work or perform a task related to that. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the guests’ disability prevents these devices. In that case, the guest must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. Service animals must be under the control of their handler and be housebroken. Animals that are used exclusively as comfort, therapeutic or emotional support animals are not allowed at Hance Park.

All items carried by fans will carefully inspected and potentially not permitted into Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Hance Park. To provide a safe environment and to expedite fan entry into the Footprint Center, the NFL limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the arena.

The Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Hance Park is a free, multi-day festival February 9 – February 12 in Downtown Phoenix featuring live music from national recording artists, family-friendly activities, local cuisine, photo opportunities, activations and more.

YES, Tickets are NOT required for the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Hance Park.  For Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at the Phoenix Convention Center, fans can purchase tickets online at Superbowl.com/ExperienceTickets, via ticketmaster.com, or by downloading the NFL OnePass app in the app store.  NO convenience fees will be applied to your purchase online or via NFL OnePass.  Fans can also purchase tickets in person at the Super Bowl Experience box office located at the Phoenix Convention Center on event days.  Fans are encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets to avoid long lines at the box office.

NFL OnePass is MANDATORY to enter Hance Park for the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s and enables fans to register themselves (and any minors) and “check-in” to all the attractions. Any content, including green screen photos and videos will be delivered to a fan via their email. Check-ins also allow fans to enter contests including the chance to win instant prizes and the grand prize, tickets to Super Bowl LVII.

The Super Bowl Experience is a cash free event. VISA is the preferred credit card of the NFL. All major credit cards are accepted. All concessions on site as well as the NFL Shop will only accept credit cards.

Yes, there will be ADA mobility assistance at the main fan entry. The Super Bowl Experience is ADA-compliant as all games and attractions are ADA accessible for visually impaired and hearing-impaired fans.

No outside food and beverage is permitted.  Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the concession area
