December 10, 2019 Update
Dear ANS Member:
I hope this message finds you well headed into the holiday season. As you know, the Board of Directors approved ANS Change Plan 2020 at the November meeting in Washington, DC. Here is the link to the plan, with notes in red detailing the Board's actions. A summary of the plan is also available for viewing.
Guided by the plan, staff and I have begun a thorough review of ANS operations with the goal of creating a more streamlined, less siloed organization that is better equipped to meet our members' needs going forward.
While the review is ongoing, I can say that I am encouraged by our team's willingness to think differently and adopt a more service-oriented and entrepreneurial culture.
I look forward to providing you with more information when we conclude the review in early February.
In the meantime, your continued input is important to us. Please do not hesitate to send comments and suggestions to anschangeplan2020@ans.org.
All the best,
Craig PiercyANS Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer
