Host Family Program
Are you interested in learning more about the Host Family Program? Join us on Tuesday, May 21, at 7 p.m. ET to discover how you can become a part of this enriching experience and make a meaningful impact on the lives of international students at Phillips Academy! Whether you are considering your student’s participation or interested in serving as a host family for an international student, this webinar is for you.
We will provide an overview of the Host Family Program, detailing the roles and responsibilities of both host families and participating students. We will also share insights into the benefits of joining the program and answer any questions you may have.

Spring Term Concert
Review our Spring Term Concert Calendar and plan to attend some of the many events, concerts, and recitals. All are welcome!
Summer Storage Option for Boarding Students
Each year, Phillips Academy partners with Collegeboxes to provide a solution for boarders who need to store their items over the summer. Collegeboxes will pick up items, place them in storage, and deliver them to your student’s 2024–2025 dorm room just before the beginning of the school year. Deliveries to college or the student’s home are also possible. There are costs associated with this service. NOTE: Student belongings cannot remain on campus over the summer.

Taxi and Limousine Service Providers
For transportation to Logan (Boston) and Manchester (N.H.) airports or Boston’s South Station, arrangements can be made with private taxi and limousine service providers. A list of service providers regularly used by members of the PA community including information on greeter services for unaccompanied minors is available here.

Senior Ads in The Phillipian
The Phillipian, Phillips Academy’s student newspaper, will publish its annual Commencement issue the weekend of May 31. This special longer version of the weekly newspaper captures the major events that occurred throughout the school year.
Parents/guardians of seniors: The Phillipian invites you to commemorate your student’s achievements through a “family advertisement” in our Commencement issue. Members of The Phillipian will work closely with you to ensure that your family advertisement features all of the photos and messaging you want to include about your child—and/or a favorite student organization, club, or team that your senior has been involved with—to create a meaningful celebration of your child. Please complete this family advertisement form as soon as possible. The deadline is Friday, May 10. If you have any questions, contact Valencia Zhang ’25, The Phillipian’s chief financial officer, via email.
