If your first day falls on a legal holiday, contact the coordinator of your rotation for new orientation date.
Please plan to arrive at Advocate Illinois Masonic promptly at 8 a.m. Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center is located at 836 Wellington Avenue in Chicago. The coordinator of your rotation will email you the reporting instructions approximately one week prior to the start of your rotation outlining the details of your mandatory orientation.
