Resources from ITS EdTech

ITS EdTech Virtual Office Hours

ITS EdTech is offering appointment-based, virtual office hours to assist faculty with Hofstra's suite of digital tools such as Blackboard, VoiceThread, Kaltura, Respondus. Faculty can also ask questions about and receive advice for designing hybrid, online or flipped classes.

What's the best way for me to remain in touch with the University?

All students, faculty, and staff have a Hofstra e-mail account, which is the primary channel for communication between you and the University. Departments, including the Office of the Provost and Information Technology Services (ITS), will stay in touch with you by sending messages to your Hofstra e-mail account, so you should check it often.

If you need assistance with your Hofstra e-mail account, please contact the ITS Service Desk using the information below.

Where can I find help?

For fall 2020, the ITS Service Desk has new expanded hours.
