WVU Benefits Strategy announces new supplemental retirement plan option

Woodburn campus

Employees can now enroll in the new post-tax Roth 457(b). Both benefits- and non-benefits-eligible employees of the University are eligible to enroll in any of the supplemental retirement plans that WVU offers through TIAA.

Employees interested in enrolling or changing a current deduction will need to complete the Salary Reduction Agreement

Note: Employees may adjust their supplemental retirement plan contribution amount(s) at any time.

Employees are invited to schedule a consultation with a TIAA financial consultant for guidance to determine which plans and amounts are best suited for their financial goals.

Schedule an on-campus or virtual consultation.
