We welcome volunteers of all skill levels to contribute their time and talents, supporting local women as they gain the strength, stability, and confidence they need to rebuild their lives. Whether as an individual, corporate team, community, faith-based group or just a group of friends, there are many ways to volunteer.

Host a Drive

Organizing a drive for Women Giving Back is a great way for your social, civic, school, sports, church, or business group to serve a very worthy cause. Make us part of a giving-back day for your company. Energize your scout troop or youth sports team to do a collection in their neighborhoods. Manage a community donation box with your faith-based group.

Hosting a drive has never been easier and we’re here to help! We will provide you with donation boxes, receipts and customizable flyers for your drive. Click on the button below for a step-by-step guide for hosting your own drive.

Snack Pack Program

WGB helps supply kids with nutritional meals and snacks while their mothers shop because these children often miss their meals at the shelter in order to come to WGB’s facility.

Snack packs are filled with two days’ worth of meals, and are offered during the school year and school breaks. These are prepared by volunteer groups and off-site.

If you plan to prepare snack packs to bring in, please email Info@WomenGivingBack.org prior to starting.  We kindly ask for a minimum of 100 snack bags to be donated.

Group or Corporate Volunteering

Corporate Social Responsibility programs not only improve workplace culture in many ways but also show what your company stands for. Volunteering is known to help improve employee attraction, encourage teamwork, and provide a natural sense of accomplishment.

We welcome individuals, groups, families, schools/universities, businesses of any size, religious organizations, clubs, and more to join us at our facility and experience our work firsthand.
