Welcome to the January 2024 ARC!

The January, 2024 ARC will take place January 8-12, 2024. Most events will be online with a blend of synchronous and asynchronous content. This ARC will take place in Microsoft Teams.  All events are free and open to anyone.

We also encourage any member of the Wichita State community to have a look at our LinkedIn Learning Challenge courses. If you work for Wichita State but have not yet claimed your LinkedIn Learning license, please do so by following the instructions online. Once you do that, LinkedIn Learning access is free.  If you are not employed by WSU but you do live in Wichita, Kansas, you can also get free LinkedIn Learning access through the Wichita Public Library

Find Calendar Invites and Meeting LInks in the daily sections below. A few days after the conference, the meeting links will be replaced with links to session recordings.

Gen AI/ ChatGPT Bootcamp

In addition to our regular LinkedIn Learning Challenges, we are adding a special "ChatGPT Bootcamp" area to help instructors get up to speed on generative AI and its applications. Whether you plan to use it or allow its use in your classes, it's imperative that you understand what it is and how it can be used. These LinkedIn Learning courses will help get you started on the right foot, and for those who are already using ChatGPT, these classes will help you improve your understanding of these emerging technologies. Remember, LinkedIn Learning courses are free for all WSU-associated people including students, staff, and instructors of any rank (including GTAs!). If you have not yet claimed your LinkedIn Learning license, you need to do that first, so follow these instructions using Chrome as your browser. If you are not employed by WSU but you do live in Wichita, Kansas, you can get free access to LinkedIn Learning through the Wichita Public Library, so you won't miss out!
