This app will allow you to run your virtual race and automatically track your pace, distance and overall time. The app will recognize the race distance that you registered for and automatically stop your session at the appropriate distance (eg 3.1 miles for a 5K virtual race) and send your results in. It’s the closest thing you can get to running a real race!
Once you have downloaded the app, follow these instructions:
When you l open it, select ” I have used this before”
Use the SAME login you used to sign up
Search Human Race at the top, we are the only one
You will be brought to our page and the info page is first. You will see a register button – ignore it. It’s just there for our home page! I will contact support about this too but you do not need to re-register.
Click Tracker – that’s what you will use to start the race. You will not be able to record your race time until June 13th. Cutoff is June 19th.
Make sure you have your settings to allow GPS while using the app.
Find the HUMAN RACE virtual event on ITS YOUR RACE and click the REGISTER button. When prompted during the registration process, either login or create a new account for ITS YOUR RACE.
**The email you use to login to ITS YOUR RACE must match the email address that you enter during race registration**
