The Office of Research and Innovation & Office of Postdoctoral Affairs seek to hear from faculty regarding their need for resources to support current and prospective postdoctoral associates at the university.

We understand that providing an optimal training environment for postdocs goes beyond the responsibility of a single supervisor or mentor. Furthermore, we recognize that there may be challenges to postdoctoral recruitment in the current environment. We value your feedback and insights as we work to continue to support the postdoctoral ecosystem at Virginia Tech.

In addition, if you have expressed interest in our Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowship Program and/or applied to the Program, this survey has a section where we seek to understand your experience interacting with candidates and the application and review process.
